Rates are per person per night.

From £24 based on a person sharing.
A reduction is applied for under 16's.

Payment can be made by: cash or credit card

As per our terms and conditions we reserve the right to debit your account at our discretion for the extra repairs or cleaning if there is any wilful damage or smoking in the bedrooms.

Cancellations

• If cancelled up to 2 days prior to date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled with less that 2 days notice, the first night will be charged.
• In case of non-arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Card details will be required to reserve and secure all bookings.
• Payments are taken on the day of departure.
